Brooke Santino
Celebrations Director
Brooke lives on a ranch in Palm City and is an alumna of Treasure Coast High School, where she graduated with high honors. After high school, she knew she wanted a career she would thoroughly enjoy — one that allowed her to work with people, rather than being stuck behind a desk.
She began her career as a preschool teacher, a job she loved for the opportunity to be part of children's lives and help them grow. Although she found the work rewarding, Brooke felt she had more to offer; she just hadn’t found the right fit yet. That changed when a friend told her about a position that seemed perfect for her.
That moment led Brooke to make the switch from preschool education to assisted living. She spent three years as an activity assistant at another community, but it wasn’t until she met the Discovery Village team at the Dream Flights event for senior veterans that she realized where she truly belonged.
In November 2022, Brooke joined Discovery Village as an activity assistant. She now serves as our Celebrations Director. What Brooke loves most about her role is the ability to connect with residents, create meaningful memories, and embrace the uniqueness of each and every day.
